During a Healer's Choice Session we take some time to talk and establish what your goals for healing are and what is the best modality to use.

We can work on emotional, spiritual or physical conditions.  Sometimes healing is just feeling like you've been heard,  other times it's just being seen.   

We may decide Reiki is all you need.  We may do energy work and then use a specific crystal singing bowl for a specific chakra.  We may decide chakra tuning with the tuning forks is best for you.  We have several options to get you feeling better and lighter.
